An E-Consultation by a Goodness Health Dietitian will thoroughly examine the details you provide. The information we will ask you to give us will include:
- Anthrompometry (Weight, Height and Waist Circumference)
- A relevant Medical History
- Information about your lifestyle and social situation
- Diet History
Don't worry, Goodness Health will provide you with a detailed questionnaire to complete when you register your interest in an Online E-Consultation, The form is to help guide you along the way and to ensure that the information allows Goodness Health to perform an exceptional job.
Once Goodness Health receives a completed form we will get to work on it right away. You should expect an individualised action plan within 2 working days. Your realistic and achievable action plan will include specific recommendations and resources to help you reach your health goals.
